Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing time

Processing starts after your payment is confirmed. Normally, it is one business day.
The processing time depends on the quantity of items. If you order more the processing time may be longer. Shipping time is usually one to two days working days.

* Please note the delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.)

2. Shipping costs & delivery estimates

We ship all orders from Zug, Switzerland.

Shipping costs:

FREE SHIPPING - without a tracking number

SHIPPING with a tracking number - 7 chf

Free shipping (with a tracking number) for orders over 50 CHF

3. Free shipping:

Switzerland

Rest of the world: orders over CHF 100

4. Wrong address

If your order contains an invalid or not complete address, please contact us immediately at info@ladivine.ch with the subject: Wrong address

If the order goes out with the wrong address we are not responsible anymore.

5. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

7. Refund / Return / Exchange / Cancellation

We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent. If so, please contact us at info@ladivine.ch within 24 hours of receiving your package and include an image of the defective or damaged product.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at info@ladivine.ch

 

We are not responsible for any lost packages.
